Health & Wellbeing

We provide information, advice, and guidance on the full range of health provisions available to you based on your individual needs and eligibility. Here’s just some of the ways we can help:

  • Register you with your local GP/ other primary care services
  • Assist with initial referrals to access or continue services/treatments including on-going health, mental health, and substance use
  • Immunisation programmes

Financial inclusion and money management

Your advisor will help you gain a clear understanding of your finances, guiding you through the basics of money management and advising you on any financial support available.

Social, community and family engagement

Digital Support

To help you access the services you need to support your overall wellbeing and where relevant, help you with securing employment, we will help you overcome digital exclusion.

Over 65

If you’re aged 65 or over then you will have access to our 65+ specific support, delivered in partnership with Age UK Birmingham.

Accessing other services

We can offer referral pathways based on your individual needs, whether the referral is for health, mental health, substance use, housing options services or comprehensive money advice, or another statutory, community-based or commissioned service. We will give you assistance in making initial referrals and advice on what next steps you should expect.
