The GAIN project provides guidance, advice and information to support vulnerable citizens who experience multiple disadvantages as a result of their support needs or circumstances.  Once a referral has been made a member of staff will contact you within 3 working days

We may refuse a referral if:

• A person refuses to work with the community based advisors;
• A person does not meet the criteria for the Service;
• A person needs are not eligible or cannot be met by the Service.

After assessment, if deemed not eligible for the Service, you will be informed at the initial assessment and will (with consent) be signposted or referred to an appropriate service.
